Touch sensor specialist set up in
Ireland
Quantum Research Group has set up a design, support and technology licensing business unit in Ireland.
Quantum Research Group has set up a new design, support and technology licensing business unit at Millmount, Drogheda to develop touch-sensing controls for products such as domestic appliances, mobile phones and personal media players The new Irish operation will focus especially on touch screen solutions

Group Chief Executive Officer, Hal Philipp has led the establishment of the new operation that is based within the Novation incubation facility at Millmount, Drogheda.
Quantum received the support of the IDA Ireland in establishing this, its first operation in Ireland.
The company also aims to instigate joint technology initiatives with local universities.
