Binder connectors in the popular 707 M5 series have been expanded to include versions with dip solder contacts for PCB mounting and front mounted versions with single wires.

Binder connectors in the popular 707 M5 series, claimed by Quadrant to be the smallest sensor connectors available, have been expanded to include versions with dip solder contacts for PCB mounting and front mounted versions with single wires.

0.25mm2 PUR wires have also been introduced as an alternative to the 0.14mm2 wires already available.

The outstanding features of this series include an outer diameter of just 6mm, overmoulded and sensor tube versions, IP67 protection and a rating of up to 125V.

Manufactured from gold plated brass and with bronze contacts with PUR and polyamide inserts and nickel plated brass sockets, the series is available in three- and four-pole versions and is the smallest connector of its type on the market.

It was developed in co-operation with sensor manufacturers to meet the demands of increasingly smaller sensors used in applications such as instrumentation, industrial automation systems, medical instruments and sensor technology.

The 707 M5 series is also ideal for thermocouples, probes and handheld sensors.
