A new range of HDTV BNC crimp connectors from Telegartner is specifically designed to satisfy the demanding requirements of high definition television.

Quadrant, the Hertfordshire based connector and cable component distributor, has introduced to the UK a new range of HDTV BNC crimp connectors from Telegartner specifically designed to satisfy the demanding requirements of high definition television (HDTV).

Available in five sizes covering all the commonly used digital video cable groups, including those from Argosy, Bedea, Belden, Canford and Draka, these new connectors provide 75ohm impedance and a typical return loss of better than -29dB at 3 GHz.

With dimensions according to IEC60169-8, the connectors offer market-leading electrical performance and are built with nickel plated bodies, PTFE insulators, gold plated centre contacts and provide a minimum of 500 mating cycles.

The range is complemented by 75ohm inline and panel adapters, terminator and patch cords and all products in the range are compatible with existing crimp tools and die sets.
