Radiall has added optional press-mount technology to many of its connector product ranges.

Radiall has added optional press-mount technology to many of its connector product ranges Developed by Radiall to cut assembly time and consequently costs, these new press-mount connectors require just a single hole, instead of up to five for flange connectors or a so-called D hole for bulkhead connectors

As standard, the press-mount capability is available on Radiall's QMA, SMB, BMA, MCX, BNC, N and 1.0/2.3 series.

However, Radiall's custom-product design team will also develop special designs on request.

Mounting through the panel requires no screws, washers or nuts - the connector is simply pressed through using a manual or automatic assembly process.

The retention force is designed to exceed the mating/unmating forces so preventing "pull-out".
