Radiall has a wide range of fibre arrays for connecting optical fibres with a variety of optical components including planar splitters, WDM circuits and switches or any array of active components.

Radiall has developed a wide range of fibre arrays to connect optical fibres with a variety of optical components including planar splitters, WDM circuits and switches or any arrays of active components Products benefit from proven submicron-precision silicon wet etching technology and Radiall's long-standing expertise in assemblies, and fibre arrays are fully qualified per Telcordia specification GR-1221- CORE

The Radiall fibre array range includes: one-way fibre arrays up to 48 ways with 250um standard pitch, angle or straight polished; higher-density fibre arrays with 127um pitch for high fibre counts; and connectorised fibre arrays with standard LC, FC or SC high-performance connectors (APC, PC, tuned) or multichannel MPO/MPX connectors.

Radiall's Vblock standard product range includes 4-48 channels and custom products manufactured in the company's clean room facility.

More sophisticated products are available upon request.

These include: metallised fibres for hermetic packages and antireflection coatings for transmission optimisation over a typical wavelength.
