Designed to replace two or three RF connectors with a single board-to-board connection, IMP connectors are an ideal solution where cost effectiveness and quick mounting matter.

This innovative technology developed by Radiall is based on connection by pressure contact.

It requires only 22.2mm2 (5.7 x 3.9mm) of PCB space and is available in standard heights of 2.5 and 3.0mm between PCBs (a 2.0mm version is also available on request).

The weight of the connector is just 0.02g.

The new IMP series benefits from a wide vertical mounting tolerance of up to 0.4mm for the 3mm-height version.

IMP connectors offer an operating frequency from DC to 6GHz.

They are designed for a wide variety of wireless applications including 900 and 1900MHz mobile phones as well as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices and automotive equipment using either IEEE802.11a, b or g.
