Christian Lepiane has joined Radisys as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Christian Lepiane has joined Radisys as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

In this role, Lepiane will be focused on driving new business opportunities as well as expanding relationships with our existing customers to further enhance the company's sales and strong market position.

He was previously Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Lightspeed Semiconductor, which is based in Sunnyvale, California.

With nearly 20 years of experience selling to global OEMs, Lepiane has been recognised for his ability to grow and manage worldwide sales organisations and successfully lead multifunctional teams through all phases of client platform selection and product life cycles.

He also has extensive experience developing strategic alliances and negotiating contracts with major OEMs.

Before joining Radisys, Lepiane was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Lightspeed Semiconductor.

He has also held various management level sales positions with Oplink Communications, OMM, Lucent and AT and T.

Lepiane holds a BSc from the University of Pittsburgh.

He also received an MBA from the University of California.
