Radisys currently provides technical support for customers and is broadening its range of services to include new product introduction (NPI) services, validation and test services, training services, service management and engineering services that support the company's entire line of commercial, enterprise and service provider products.
This comprehensive selection of services, tools and programmes was designed to give customers access to an experienced engineering staff that can help them develop better products faster and more economically.
Today, OEMs incorporate a variety of systems and components, from many vendors, into their new products.
While this offers them best in class solutions, managing all these vendors and their respective service agreements is a costly and time-consuming endeavour.
As part of Radisys' support and services program, the company takes on all vendor management responsibilities providing customers a single point of contact for hardware and software components.

Radisys has broadened its range of services to address complete product lifecycles from NPI through end of life (EOL), including: enhanced technical support - trained staff/engineers are available to answer technical questions and troubleshoot problems; NPI services - includes engineering services designed to meet development and deployment needs; validation and test - engineers assist customers in testing Radisys products and third-party add-on products to ensure compliance training - includes classroom, web-based, engineer-to-engineer and train-the-trainer sessions; service management - Radisys staff helps customers cost effectively plan service delivery throughout product lifecycles, as well as end of life (EOL) planning at the end of the cycle; and engineering services - Radisys provides system development and integration, freeing up internal resources and reducing lifecycle costs.
