Etchieson comes to Radisys from Nortel

During his tenure at Nortel Networks, Etchieson held a variety of engineering and senior management positions in the USA, France and the UK.
Most recently, he was responsible for the successful launch of the company's wireless mesh network technology.
This included managing the product management and marketing teams, determining the product roadmap strategy based on customer requirements and meeting corporate revenue and margin targets.
While with Nortel, Etchieson played a key role in the global roll-out of the company's 3G mobile solution and he was responsible for defining the marketing strategy for the company's GSM wireless network products.
Etchieson received a BSc in electrical engineering from Texas A and M University.
He also holds an MSc in telecommunications from Southern Methodist University.
