Raycon Technology has released a new line of 2mm hard metric connectors, designed to meet IEC standards, and ideal for use in high-speed data, telephony and CompactPCI applications.
Housings are moulded from black PBT and feature a moulded-in centre polarising bar.
These receptacles accept standard 0.025in pitch, 30AWG flat ribbon cable.
Male headers are available in through-hole vertical, through-hole right angle, and surface-mount styles.
These headers feature phosphor bronze contacts plated with up to 30uin of gold over nickel.
Shrouds are moulded from black PBT and feature centre slot for polarisation.
Headers with integrated latches are also available in all termination styles.
Both male and female connectors are available in standard sizes ranging from 10 to 50 positions.
Custom sizes are available.
Prices range from $1.00 to $4.00 depending on quantities.
Current lead time is approximately 2 weeks ARO.
