Rubber keypads offer wide choice of customisation
New from Radiatron is a range of competitively priced silicon rubber keypads that meet diverse application requirements through a wide choice of customisation options.
Board space requirements, costs and manufacturing complexity are all reduced using the new connectors which integrate signal transformers, common-mode chokes, resistors and high-voltage decoupling capacitors into housings measuring 12.45 x 21.45 x 15.9mm.
Both through-hole and surface-mount versions are available and industry-standard housings means that they are easily interchanged with standard connectors to provide improved system performance.
Customised connections are available.
Designed for use LAN (up to 1000BaseT), WAN, VOIP, ISDN and E1/T1 equipment, the connectors optimise the rates of data transfer between PHY-chips and I/O ports by providing closely match impedances.
Their low profile makes them ideal for use in compact hubs or other network interface equipment and the optional LEDs are fully isolated for optimum EMI performance.
The integrated capacitor means that any unused pairs within a standard Cat 5 cable can be used for DC power connections.
