Embedded industry continues RapidIO

Members of the RapidIO Trade Association's Steering Committee have reaffirmed their commitment to driving future development of the standard.
Recognising the broadening global adoption of the RapidIO interconnect architecture among OEMs, members of the RapidIO Trade Association's Steering Committee reaffirmed their commitment to driving future development of the standard and to working closely with customers as RapidIO products permeate next generation designs Every company serving on the association's Steering Committee in 2006 once again is dedicating experts to guide the direction of this global standard throughout 2007

Under active development since June 1997, the RapidIO standard represents continued commitment of the RapidIO Trade Association to addressing the needs of the ever-changing networking and communications marketplace.
