Absolute rotary position sensing with zero wear
Using RDP's capacitive noncontact measurement technique, the RCDT rotary displacement transducer accurately measures the absolute position of its shaft in relation to its body.
Using RDP's capacitive noncontact measurement technique, the RCDT rotary displacement transducer accurately measures the absolute position of its shaft in relation to its body.
The sensor is designed with an integral amplifier which makes it easy to interface to other equipment.
Two ranges are available, one offering zero to 180 degrees full scale, the other having a full-scale range from zero to 300 degrees.
All RCDTs operate using a precision bearing which ensures excellent resistance to any off-axis forces.
RDP's robust, non-wear technology provides an excellent solution for angular measurement or incline and tilt information.
