These high-quality low-cost tension- and compression-amplified load cells are resistant to side loading and the effects of extraneous forces.
The secret behind the design is RDP's proven capacitor sensor technique, coupled with miniaturised conditioning electronics which are built into the MCL's compact housing.
With range options from +/-50N to +/-50kN, MCL load cells offer reliability, accuracy and simplicity, low cost, an excellent size-to-capacity ratio, and are ideally suited to applications in robotics and research test rigs.
