The comprehensive range of super fast recovery diodes from Rectron has been further enhanced with the launch of a new range of 20ns fast recovery diodes in industry standard packages.
The comprehensive range of super fast recovery diodes from Rectron has been further enhanced with the launch of a new range of 20ns fast recovery diodes in industry standard packages The UFM series is available in both surface mount and axial forms
Available in 1, 2 and 3A capabilities with voltages up to 400V, the diodes are housed in the SMA, SMB, SMC, DO-41 and DO-201AD packages.
The UFM series are ideal for applications that require a highly efficient diode.
Markets such as industrial motor drives, DC/DC convertors, switch mode power supplies and automotive projects have already benefited by using this range of diodes.
