Zeners shrink to micro-MELF packages
New from Rectron is the GMZJxxx Zener series in micro-MELF packages.
New from Rectron is the GMZJxxx Zener series in micro-MELF packages The GMZJxxx micro-MELF body is nearly 50% shorter in length than the popular ZMM52xxx mini-MELF line, while maintaining the same 500mW of power dissipation
The micro-MELF has the added advantage of a squared off body that makes it easy for auto pick and place.
The new GMZJ-series will be available in 5% tolerance all the way down to 2% in nominal voltages ranging from 2.0 to 56V.
