Time to book that trip to Brighton

A Reed Exhibitions (UK) product story
Edited by the Electronicstalk editorial team Feb 17, 2003

Preregistration for Nepcon Brighton is now live on the Nepcon website.

Preregistration for Nepcon Brighton is now live on the Nepcon website.

Any visitors registering prior to the show will be emailed a copy of a special keynote address paper after the event, details of which will be announced shortly.

This is in addition to a show badge, fast-track entry and a free official show planner, complete with full exhibitor list and floorplan.

Preregistration has become such a major trend that Reed Exhibitions reports it had to contact seven extremely eager visitors to reregister when the system was initially tested on the website during January.

"The system wasn't even live at that point", exclaims Exhibition Director Justin Tadman.

"But it does show that people are keen to attend the Nepcon Brighton event, and that more and more people are becoming aware of the benefits of preregistering.

Doing so ensures that you don't have to queue up on the day.

You get your badge and show planner sent to you in advance, allowing you simply to turn up, walk in and find the suppliers you would like to meet quickly and easily".

Visitors have increasingly taken to registering before Nepcon over the last few years.

Indeed, since 1999 there has been a staggering 130% increase in total numbers while, at the 2002 event, 52% of the total attendance had already signed up before attending.

"Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for people to preregister for the show", says Tadman.

"The software we have installed holds visitor details, meaning that the process is quicker than ever as there are fewer forms to complete.

And this is even more the case if they have registered for previous Nepcon events".

Nepcon Brighton will take place at the Brighton Metropole on 11th and 12th June 2003.
