2007

A comprehensive web presence will support all show activities, with a wide range of online tools available to visitors to the show website.
Among these, a brand new exhibitor library links visitors directly to exhibitors' sales and marketing brochures, product information and case studies.
In addition, a new visitor show planner facility being launched at the end of January has been developed to help visitors plan their time at Nepcon.
By indicating their preferences online, visitors using the show planner will gain instant access to information about relevant exhibitors and a personalised show plan highlighting selected stand locations.
"Following feedback from last year's event, we will install an additional Wi-Fi area to enable even more Nepcon visitors to access the Internet and keep in touch with the office whilst at the show", explains Nepcon Sales Manager, Claire Jeffreys.
"We have also created a brand new visitor lounge where delegates can hold business meetings without leaving the exhibition hall".
"We hope that these developments, as well as everything else that the show offers, will serve to enhance the visitor's experience".
A dedicated association village will bring together the key industry associations including COG, IET and Intellect and will also provide advice during the daily roundtable discussions.
The 2007 show will again have a strong seminar programme with the SMART Group, as well as a new programme from the DSEi (Defence Systems and Equipment International Exhibition), advising SMEs looking to enter the aerospace and military sector as a supplier.
The 2007 show will also see the return of Nepcon highlights, such as the Component Sourcing Village, the UK Can Make It Pavilion and the PCB Village.
