REO enhances its range of braking resistors
REO has added a high-voltage unit to its range of NTT606 braking resistors.
A further advantage is the encapsulated toroidal design, which reduces the magnetic stray field to very low levels.
The encapsulating shell also allows for a variety of fixing methods, in either horizontal or lateral fixing angles.
Fixing bushes and mounting brackets may also be used and the shell can also incorporate terminals, fuse holders and lamp holders such as those used in traffic lights.
The fixed transformers offer protection to IP54, are EMC compliant, needing no additional devices, and are manufactured in accordance with EN 60742.
Options and variations included in the range include, separate windings and integral bridge rectifiers, single phase voltage supply units for 12 or 24V, and inrush current limiters and thermal fuses.
Additional screen winding is available on request. Request a free brochure from REO (UK) ...
