A new range of multistage EMI filters is ideal for providing an ultra-clean test power source in screened rooms.

When testing electronic equipment for EMC compliance in screened rooms, it is vital to clean any noise from the power supply before it enters the room.

REO UK has a range of multistage filters designed specifically to clean this noise.

The CNW range of multistage filters covers one, two or three lines, with attenuation, from 14kHz to 1GHz 230/400V.

Current ratings are up to 400A for single phase or 200A for three phase.

The filters consist of five stages and provide an insertion loss in excess of 100dB over most of the range.

As well as for use in screened rooms the new filters are also suitable for use in measuring labs and with high-voltage test equipment.
