This makes it easy to integrate the new display with small handheld devices for industrial use.
The display is transflective for better readability in bright ambient light conditions or readable without the backlight, and the AR coating makes it easier to read in direct sunlight.
The backlight is a bright LED.
Touch panel is an option - as four-wire resistive.
Specific features include: QVGA portrait mode at 240RGBx320; colour resolution of 6bit x RGB; overall dimensions of 65 x 86.2 x 3.5mm; weight 50g; operating temperature -20 to +70C; and RoHS compliance.
