For many project managers, RFID is new territory so it makes sense to get up to speed with some solid training.
RFIP Training and EuroTag have organised the two-day RFID project implementation workshop in Cambridge in a vendor-neutral environment that provides a mix of lectures, exercises and hands-on experience to educate participants.
Participants from earlier workshops in Cambridge and Johannesburg have left with a greater knowledge of the real issues and problems of RFID implementation, like knowing how to achieve the necessary system performance without having to over-engineer it.
Subjects being covered in the Cambridge workshop include: regulatory compliance, standards, site evaluation, selecting tags readers and printers, project planning, systems integration, and vendor selection.
The workshop instructors will be Chris Turner and Ian Pattison.
They work with RFIP Training to provide packaged RFID-related training services.
