The 200 series transmitter and 210 receiver from RF Solutions form an easy-to-use DIN-rail-mounted system that enables wireless remote switching and data logging.

The 200 series transmitter and 210 receiver from RF Solutions form an easy-to-use DIN-rail-mounted system that enables wireless remote switching and data logging It is possible to set up one-to-many or many-to-one relationships giving a high degree of flexibility in a wide range of industrial applications

The 210 receiver unit is designed for use with relay and other output modules.

DIN rail radio remote control provides a cost effective solution as it overcomes the need for placing cables.

The new modules from RF Solutions feature a unique and simple setup procedure that helps to further reduce cost and save time.

They use a high-security RF protocol for data packet transmission and achieve a range of up to 200m for 433MHz versions, and approximately 6km for 458MHz versions.

Up to eight pairs of 0V inputs can be connected to the transmitter via screw terminals to suit the particular needs of the application.

An additional channel provides an RF watchdog to indicate a radio system failure at the receiver.

An LED is provided to give visual indication of data transmission.

A further feature of the 200 series transmitter is an auto-refresh mode that transmits the status of all inputs whenever a change of state is seen at one.

The 210 DIN rail receiver and decoder has 16 available outputs arranged as 4 x 4 connectors into which output modules can be plugged.

All outputs can be configured as momentary, latching, dimming or timed for between 5 and 15s.

Flexibility is a key benefit of the system; it is possible to set up a system whereby a single transmitter communicates with numerous receivers.

A set of eight 'enable' jumper links also make it possible to create a relationship where several 200 series transmitters communicate with a single receiver.

Both transmitters and receivers operate from either a 12 or 24V supply and meet EMC requirements for European-wide use, enabling them to be operated without a license.
