The system achieves reliable operation through its use of the latest narrowband crystal controlled circuitry and operates licence-free at 434.075MHz.
Simple switch addressing with 256 possible combinations allows the user to match transmitter and receiver units and also makes it possible to achieve one-to-many and many-to-one relationships.
Each of the buttons on the handheld transmitter operates one of the four relays in the receiver.
Solder points on the transmitter PCB make it easy to configure alternative switches such as foot pedals that may be required for particular applications.
Housed in a tough plastic housing and fitted with a protective rubber boot, the transmitter has a rating of IP54, measures 105 x 58 x 18mm and operates from two AAA batteries (supplied).
The relay outputs in the receiver are configured to operate for the full duration of a transmitter key press; relay one has a time delay circuit that is factory set to approximately half a second.
All connections can be made quickly and easily via screw terminals.
The sealed IP65 rated receiver unit has overall dimensions of 110 x 85 x 35mm and is able to operate from either a 12 or 24V DC supply.
