Tetra mobile radio system passes the
test

The Accessnet-T Tetra mobile radio system from R and S Bick Mobilfunk has been recertified for interoperability.

The Accessnet-T Tetra mobile radio system from R and S Bick Mobilfunk has been recertified for interoperability As the system is continuously being enhanced, official certification tests were again carried out in Bad Munder at the end of last year

ISCTI (Istituto Superiore delle Comunicazioni e delle Tecnologie dell'Informazione), an Italian company accredited by the Tetra MoU Association, supervised and performed the tests.

The tests lasted several weeks, during which all major manufacturers of Tetra terminals visited R and S Bick Mobilfunk's headquarters in Bad Munder.

The complex test method was performed on the functions of the Accessnet-T Tetra mobile radio system's infrastructure using terminals from various manufacturers.

Each test sequence was recorded and later evaluated by ISCTI.

The high data volume of these tests usually takes four to nine months to be reviewed.

The results have now been evaluated, and R and S Bick Mobilfunk has been recertified for interoperability.

The certificates and test results have been published on the Tetra MoU websites and the Rohde and Schwarz Internet pages for general viewing.

The multi-vendor principle within the Tetra standard is based on the interoperability certification tests, which, in turn, substantiate this principle.

R and S Bick Mobilfunk is an independent system supplier that is continuously developing system technology in accordance with the Tetra standard, as is evidenced by the company's history of passing interoperability certification tests on a regular basis.
