Recalibration service for power recorders
Using its specialist expertise and equipment, Rhopoint Systems now offers a fully traceable recalibration service for all its power recorders.
Using its specialist expertise and equipment, Rhopoint Systems now offers a fully traceable recalibration service for all its power recorders, including Reliable Power Meter's Power Recorders and Multipoint and Telog's Linecorders.
In order to ensure operation within Ofgem's (the Office of the Gas and Electricity Markets) recommendations for power quality measurement, all power quality recorders should be recalibrated every 12 months.
Furthermore, recalibration, on an at least yearly basis, is a necessity to meet ISO9000 requirements.
In addition, the new G5/4 document specification, that the electricity NOC (network operating company) is obliged to enforce, to control the creation of damaging harmonics by electricity consumers, mean that the operating condition of power quality monitoring equipment is now even more vital.
Rhopoint Systems performs its recalibration to standards set by the National Physical Laboratory guidelines on voltage and current.
All calibrations come with a calibration certificate and are performed by experienced, professional, personnel that specialise in this area.
