Power op amps come in small packages
Available in TO-3 style packages Thaler TPS series devices offer the designer a high power amplifier in a small package.
The new TPS series of power operational amplifiers is now available from Rhopoint Components and is manufactured by Thaler Corporation Available in TO-3 style packages these devices offer the designer a high power amplifier in a small package
This series of amplifiers has Class A/B outputs which offer excellent linearity, while crossover distortion is as low as 0.004%.
The slew rate is a high 20V/us and the full power bandwidth is 350kHz.
The amplifiers can be driven as close as 1.2V to the supply rail and also have current foldover protection.
