The RBS self-adhesive polyurethane bumper range is designed to offer home or office equipment protection from nicks, scratches, scuffs, vibration, slippage and noise.

The RBS self-adhesive polyurethane bumper range is designed to offer home or office equipment protection from nicks, scratches, scuffs, vibration, slippage and noise.

The RBS range comprises an extensive variety of differently sized and shaped bumpers which are available in five different colours, black, brown, white, grey or clear.

The bumpers are available in multiple sizes from the 6.4mm diameter RBS-40 up to the 45.7mm diameter RBS-30.

The kiss-cut bumpers are produced on a protective liner, and applied easily by peeling and pressing onto any surface.

Richco also offers a choice of acrylic or rubber based adhesives depending on user-requirements.

Designed to be nonstaining and nonmarring, the range offers superior abrasion resistance and a superb coefficient of friction and resistance to skidding.

The 100% polyurethane bumper design is crack resistant and resilient, it also uses no plasticisers, oils or fillers.

Polyurethane also offers excellent vibration protection and shock dampening.

The RBS range is UL94 HB Approved, File No E177325.

Typical applications for the RBS bumper range include cabinet doors, sliding doors, appliance and office equipment.

If the comprehensive RBS product range does not fulfil a customer's specific needs, Richco also provides a design service where most colours and shapes can be matched to customer designs.

Richco will also custom cut bumpers into strips or die-cut pads in almost any configuration or size.

Foam tapes or special adhesives can be requested to create a stronger bond on textured or irregular surfaces, while high and low temperature adhesives are also available on request.

Also newly available from Richco is the BS-33-SD, specially designed to offer the quietest close available.

The BS-33-SD has been engineered using a soft 100% polyurethane material and a two stage pyramid design.

The design ensures the tip of the pyramid makes initial contact, followed by the solid square base reducing the physical force of the close by over 50%.
