A new range of server racks have been designed to protect powerful active electronic components from unauthorised intervention, allow maintenance work to be carried out with minimum interference.

Rittal's new TS server racks, based on the popular TS8 enclosure system, are designed to protect powerful active electronic components from unauthorised intervention, allow maintenance work to be carried out with minimum interference and ensure maximum airflow inside the enclosure.

These high-end racks feature perforated front door and rear wall with over 60% open surface for ventilation.

Server-integrated fans support horizontal air exchange in an optimal way and to control heat pockets there are new climate control concepts, which meet high thermal requirements.

The enclosures have two mounting levels to facilitate installation of equipment such as fan mounting panels at the same position as other installed equipment.

The perfectly symmetrical enclosure facilitates mixed arrangements with different systems and servers within one housing.

Configuration is 100% flexible with doors and walls forming any combination.

The racks support variable depth and width installation of metric or imperial mounting angles.

Rittal's TS server rack is available at heights from 24 to 47U, widths of 600, 700 and 800mm and depths of 600 to 1000mm.
