Front panels offer a tough alternative

Front panels can now be manufactured using aluminium laminate, the surface of which is particularly hard as well as being scratch resistant.

Rittal now offers front panels manufactured using aluminium laminate, the surface of which is particularly hard as well as being scratch resistant This newly developed process provides front panels that are of optimum surface quality, while maintaining the highest demands in respect of design and electrical conductivity

Rittal makes an important contribution to the environment with the use of aluminium laminate, which avoids the need for any expensive treatments such as pickling and chromating.

An additional advantage is the prevention of unsightly fingerprints due to the insensitivity of the surface.

The laminate also has no detrimental effect on mechanical processing like punching, milling or on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

Front panels are used as filler panels in subrack and case fronts and also to complete plug-in PCB assemblies. Request a free brochure from Rittal ...
