LCD switch shows its true colours

New and exclusively available in the UK from RJS Electronics is the latest generation of LCD switches from Dublin-based manufacturer SK Interfaces.

New and exclusively available in the UK from RJS Electronics is the latest generation of LCD switches from Dublin-based manufacturer SK Interfaces.

The intelligent, programmable LCD switch previously only available in red, green and orange is now also available as an RGB (red, green and blue) version.

Other notable features include: a tactile feel; higher temperature glass; an optional socket; and a lifetime of better than 3 million operations.

According to RJS Electronics Managing Director Richard Sucher: "The best part is that this family of switches has been developed over many years, and has many users of the red, green, orange version.

We have found that although new product is becoming available, customers are wary of untried technology and do not wish to be 'guinea pigs' when such a vital and expensive component is being used".
