Scorpion Automotive was formed 18 months ago when Electro Systems, an established automotive component maker, purchased the well-known Scorpion brand to complement its existing design, manufacturing and merchandising operation.
Originally best known for car security products, the Scorpion brand now extends into vehicle telecommunications, multimedia and position sensing systems.
A recent development is its rear steer axle control system for multi-axle commercial vehicles and trailers.
Commenting on the choice of Remploy Electronics, Mark Downing, Managing Director of Scorpion Automotive, said: "Remploy provides high quality, responsive delivery and competitive prices for small to medium volume complex PCB manufacturing".
