PCB material allows denser routing
Rogers Corp is introducing new, thinner RO4350B high frequency circuit materials for high speed digital and test applications.
Rogers Corp is introducing new, thinner RO4350B high frequency circuit materials for high speed digital and test applications This material offers an excellent combination of electrical, thermal and mechanical properties and is specially designed for the high speed digital industry and the automated test equipment market for both backplane and line card uses
The low dielectric loss of RO4350B circuit material (DF = 0.004) allows the design engineer to run longer trace lines, reduce board thickness, and extend operational speeds for longer field life.
Product features include: consistent and stable dielectric constant at various datarates; excellent plated through-hole reliability; superb dimensional stability; and complementary high fill/flow prepreg.
The material's thin core allows denser routing and lower layer counts, which can reduce overall system cost.
