They are environmentally friendly, and provide good sealing and gap-filling performance.
For electronic footpad applications, Rogers Inoac Corp will feature the Poron Foot Pad product series.
With its high aesthetic appeal and non-skid property, these materials meet the needs for any type of footpad with a wide variety of hardness and features, regardless of the weight of the device.
Rogers Corp and Rogers Inoac Corp will also be featuring Bisco and NanNex silicone foams at the show.
They offer a broad range of design solutions for gasketing, sealing and gap filling applications.
Both open- and closed-cell offerings withstand temperatures from -55 to 204C.
All these products possess unsurpassed compression-set resistance, making them excellent long-term sealing materials for electrical and communication enclosures, electronics, high intensity discharge lighting (HID) enclosures, and appliances.
They pass stringent smoke and toxicity regulations, making them critical in many automotive applications.
They also carry the most stringent UL flame ratings available, 94V0 and 94HF1, and as a result they are frequently chosen for insulation and dampening applications inside communication enclosures, electronic products and industrial machinery.
