The AT91SAM9263 is a SODIMM200-format CPU module based on a 240MHz ARM926E CPU.
Available now from Ronetix, the AT91SAM9263 is a SODIMM200-format CPU module that combines a 240MHz ARM926E CPU, 64Mbyte of SDRAM, 4Mbyte of parallel Flash, 256Mbyte of NAND Flash, 4Mbyte of video RAM, 2Mbyte of data Flash, 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet and a serial number chip A starter kit is also available that bundles the module with a baseboard, the Peedi JTAG emulator and Flash programmer and open source software

Ronetix has developed a high-speed low-cost JTAG emulator for ARM7 and ARM9 based microcontrollers.
The baseboard provides an MMC/SD socket, a CompactFlash socket, a connector for a touchscreen LCD, four audio jacks, a USB device port, two USB host ports, two RS232 connectors and a CAN connector.
Software includes: a Gnu compiler and debugger, the U-Boot bootloader, Linux 2.6.23.1 and the Open Zaurus root file system.
The package includes also Peedi - the Ronetix JTAG emulator and Flash programmer - which allows fast debugging with gdb/insight/Eclipse and easy programming of NOR Flash, NAND Flash and data Flash chips.
