A developer package is based on the world's smallest GPRS GPS module and assists system integrators in the development of compact and inexpensive tracking systems.
Both modules can be mounted using SMT (surface mount technology), thereby eliminating the costs of RF plugs and cables as well as time-consuming manual operations.
The combination of our modules with Google Earth and Maps services is especially attractive", explains Harald Naumann, Technical Director at Round Solutions.
Access to geodata enables users to construct positioning equipment quickly and cost-effectively, for example.
Round Solutions has set up an online platform for this purpose from which developers can access Google services free of charge.
"We also provide technical support through a users' forum on GSM; GPRS, UMTS, CDMA and GPS modules", adds Naumann.
Accessible via the Round Solutions homepage the forum now has nearly 4000 registered members.
"We offer premium customers a free design and equipment test", explains Naumann, who also cites the company's free marketing service, through which several thousand potential purchasers of these applications have been contacted. Request a free brochure from Round Solutions ...
