Girouard takes charge of reliability

She brings with her an extensive background in plastics materials and applications that support electronics, and is experienced in circuit card assembly manufacturing processes, particularly electronics cleaning.
Since joining Raytheon Company, Girouard has held increasingly senior roles in engineering and management.
Most recently, she served as Manager of the Plastic Materials and Chemical Technology Section of Raytheon's Lexington Labs.
Girouard holds a BS in organic chemistry and a Masters in plastics engineering.
She is a member of Women's Initiative Network and Society of Women Engineers.
Girouard will report to William Tice, who previously served as Manager of the RAL and has since been promoted to Manager of the Reliability, Parts and Analysis Engineering Department at Raytheon Company.
