Enclosure doors slam shut for safety

Waste water treatment controls housed by Sarel
Enclosures from Sarel are a key component in the control systems of the new waste water treatment reactors produced by process engineering company, Bio-Bubble.
The new enclosures, which have an IP55 protection rating, and which are designed for wall mounting, are available in 17 sizes from 300 x 250 x 150 to 1200 x 800 x 300mm.
All sizes feature a single door which may be hinged left or right, and which opens a full 120 degrees to permit unrestricted access to the enclosure interior.
A polyurethane door gasket ensures effective sealing against the ingress of moisture and dust.
Enclosures in the 54600 series from Sarel are provided, as standard, with a gland plate at the base, which facilitates cable entry, and with four mounting studs on the rear wall to allow easy fitting of component mounting plates.
Additionally, 500 and 600mm-high models are provided with an equipment mounting rail on the rear of the door, whereas the doors of larger enclosures in the range are fitted with reinforcing frames.
As standard, 54600 enclosures are supplied with a durable RAL7032 epoxy powder paint finish.
Available accessories include plain and perforated mounting plates, and external fixing lugs which make installation fast and easy.
Additionally, many of the accessories from Sarel's popular Thalassa and Spacial 3000 ranges may be used with these enclosures.
