Waste water treatment controls housed by Sarel
Enclosures from Sarel are a key component in the control systems of the new waste water treatment reactors produced by process engineering company, Bio-Bubble.
The Clima 3.1 software package has been designed from the outset for speed and ease of use.
After installation, which is fully automated, and takes just a few minutes, users simply launch the software, and choose an enclosure from the list provided.
Next, data are entered relating to the enclosure contents, and the ambient conditions in which it will be installed.
To save time, and increase convenience, this process is aided by a database of information, included in the Clima package, which relates to the thermal performance of typical electrical components, such as relays, thermal overloads and contactors.
Users also have the option, however, of entering their own data, both for the components within the enclosure, and also for enclosures that are not covered by the data included in the package.
When data entry is complete, the Clima package instantly produces detailed recommendations for effective thermal management.
The recommendations can be printed, along with the data entered, or this information can be stored on a project-by-project basis for future reference, and for use as the basis for future calculations.
Clima 3.1 is offered free-of-charge by Sarel on a CD-ROM, but users who prefer to do so can also download the full package from the Sarel website.
For those who only need to perform enclosure thermal management calculations occasionally, the website also provides access to a version of Clima 3.1 which can be used online, without downloading.
