Available now from Saelig, the owa2X family of powerful, adaptable hardware platforms comes with open, user-friendly software for wireless applications in a wide range of M2M applications The owa22A is an embedded GSM/GPRS/GPS module with open software intended for the private or commercial automotive wireless applications such as fleet management, automatic locating of vehicles, emergency and theft, telephony, in-vehicle automation and control, positioning services etc The owa22I is a remote industrial GSM/GPRS module, designed for wireless data applications such as local network (LAN) extensions, or, for instance, connecting vending machines, recreational machines etc, without having to physically check each one, or wireless solutions to control geographically scattered machinery

Now GSM/GPRS/Bluetooth and GPS connectivity coexist within a single device.
In addition to the standard owa22x specs, owa22A-BT offers Bluetooth connection to 100m, Host USB 1.1, Bluetooth serial port emulation, IP routing and firewall.
Finally, the owa22A-ETH is a wireless embedded computer with onboard networking capabilities.
In addition to the standard owa22X features, the owa22A-ET offers: USB 1.1 host connectivity, Ethernet 10Base-T (10Mbit/s, RJ45), TCP/IP stack for transparent Internet connection, embedded IP routing and firewall, and a battery-backed real time clock.
A universal development kit for each owa2X is available to enable users to make rapid progress with their project (from $1199).
Owa22X wireless controller boards are made by Owasys, one of Europe's largest wireless controller suppliers, and are available from $479 (one-off) from stock from US distributor Saelig.
