Silicon Canvas' Laker analogue design platform (ADP) for front-end design and schematic entry includes a simulation control console with easy access to a comprehensive list of world-class simulators like the HSpice simulation solution and integration with the Synopsys WaveView analyser.

"We will work more closely with Synopsys and use the HSpice Integrator Programme to add additional, advanced functionality.
Silicon Canvas' commitment to interoperability extends to memberships in most of the major EDA partner programmes and its own Laker Links partner programme.
These programmes allow Silicon Canvas to be part of several best-in-class analogue, mixed-signal and custom-digital design flows.
Laker partner integrations include major schematic editors, simulators, physical verification, routers and tools for design for manufacturability (DFM), data management and critical-area analysis (CAA).
Silicon Canvas is also a founding member along with Synopsys of the Interoperable Pcell Library Initiative (IPL) which promotes standards for interoperability in analogue and custom digital design.
