Schaffner is combining its extensive UKAS-approved calibration services for conducted EMC test equipment and RF instrumentation into one, with the launch of the CalShop 'one-stop' service.

In addition, the UKAS-approved capability has been extended to include EMC test receivers, loop antennas and rod antennas.

CalShop is the UK's most extensive, single-source service for the calibration of RF and conducted EMI test equipment.

Existing Schaffner EMC expertise has been combined with a custom-developed database to provide a reliable, high quality, fast turn-around service.

Calibration certificates are generated automatically for even greater efficiency.

CalShop's broad capability covers antennas, networks, probes, emission measuring devices, amplifiers, sources, chambers, open area test sites (OATSs) and conducted interference generators.

All Schaffner products are included and nearly all equivalent products from other leading manufacturers.

Most products can be repaired in the laboratory to ensure a fast turn-around.

On-site calibration is also available for appropriate products, for much reduced down time - a critical factor for many manufacturers.

A range of service options is available from CalShop to meet individual needs.

These go from comprehensive fixed-term contracts for management of all calibration and repair, through monthly-fee arrangements, to one-off project services.
