The winner of the 2001 Farnell-Schaffner Prize for the Best EMC-Related Project at The University of York is Jan Vercammen, who receives a commemorative plaque and a cheque for GBP 200.
The winner of the 2001 Farnell-Schaffner Prize for the Best EMC-Related Project at The University of York is Jan Vercammen, who receives a commemorative plaque and a cheque for GBP 200 Vercammen's project, "Signal integrity and EMC aspects of microelectronics planar structures - with emphasis on PCB power supply planes", combined simulation and experimental observation aimed at providing a better understanding of how to minimise electromagnetic radiation within printed circuit boards
