The latest IEC inlet module from Schurter is designed for speed of installation.

The latest IEC inlet module from Schurter is designed for speed of installation.

The 4973 is electrically equivalent to the company's popular 4798 series of 16/20A inlets, but features snap-in mounting and is more compact, requiring a smaller panel cutout.

The 4793 provides a highly efficient solution for higher-powered equipment such as heaters, catering equipment and lighting systems.

It is available in a range of versions to suit a variety of panel thicknesses from 1 to 3mm, and offers termination with either 6.3mm quick-fit terminals or solder tabs.

The body of the inlet is made from UL94V0 thermoplastic, and the contact pins and terminals are bright electro-tin-plated brass for low resistance.

The inlet is designed to comply with EN60320-1/C20 for Class I cold condition.
