The OMT125 is the latest surface-mount fuse from Schurter, providing time-lag operation with lead-free construction.
The OMT125 offers overcurrent protection using time-lag characteristics with a rated current range from 500mA to 5A.
The breaking capacity of 100A/125V is unique in this class of fuse.
Moreover this fuse, which is recognised according to UL248-1, stands out with its low figures for voltage drop and power dissipation.
The OMT125 is ideal for applications in the fields of computer, power supply, battery chargers and consumer electronics.
Because it is lead-free, it offers long-term reliability with regard to up-coming environmental standards.
Supplies in surface mount packaging for automated assembly are available in quantities of 750 and 3000 pieces per reel, according to EIA-RS481 (equivalent IEC60286-3).
