Schaefer has introduced the IEXR and IEHR Series of rugged 70-150W DC/DC convertors, which are ideal for a variety of applications, including process control, instrumentation and industrial installations The convertors are available with three wide input voltage ranges of 10-16, 21-60 or 60-132V DC

They deliver nominal output power of either 70 to 150W, with numerous single output voltage models, ranging from 8 to 52V DC and two models that feature a unique 110V DC output.

Custom output voltages are also possible.

These convection cooled convertors are housed in a chassis mount vented enclosure and are rated for 0-50C operation with derating above 40C.

An option for 2U 19in rack mounting or DIN rail mounting is available.

The IEXR and IEHR convertors are rugged in design and feature full galvanic isolation, fused input protection, output protection for either short circuit or overload conditions, reverse polarity protection and input transient protection.

All models are tightly regulated to better than 0.5% line and 0.7% load.

Efficiencies are above 80% and ripple is typically 1% peak-peak.

The Series' are in compliance with CISPR22 EMI standards.
