Schroff, one of the industry's leading manufacturers of CompactPCI Microcomputer Packaging solutions, has unveiled a complementary range of 19" power supplies.
Cut-down prices for CPCI
Europac Integral offers all the benefits of a standard CPCI system including high stability, robustness and EMC shielding but at a far-reduced cost.
Europac PRO is suited to small and medium production volumes.
The basic construction consists of extruded aluminium horizontal rails mounted between aluminium side panels and support brackets.
Three styles of side panel are available, these suit applications with requirements for either lightweight, high mechanical stress or design flexibility.
Card guides can be fitted to the horizontal rails with a spacing of 1HP.
The rails themselves can be adjusted for depth at intervals of 15mm.
Continuous marking of the horizontal rails coupled with a marking on the guide rail itself makes correct positioning and fitting a fast, easy process.
An extensive range of accessories that includes covers, mounting brackets, handles and shielding /gasket kits enables the customer to meet all of the requirements of their application.
Schroff also provide an assembly service for customers who would prefer to have the unit delivered fully assembled rather than in kit form.
All visible surfaces are anodised to give an attractive scratch resistant surface.
This anodised layer on the front panel means that machining can take place without the need for further surface treatment.
The inside face is chromated to give a conductive contact for all parts, this ensures that excellent EMC properties are maintained.
The dimensions of Europac PRO comply with IEC60297-3 and DIN 41494, part 5.
