With the express assembly service, Schroff has developed a concept that delivers bespoke EuropacPro subracks and RatiopacPro cases quickly, with no complications and offering excellent value.
As the 19in subrack EuropacPro is a modular assembly, the implementation of different heights, widths and depths is easy.
The customer simply selects the individual components from the versatile range of accessories according to their requirements.
The RatiopacPro system case is also available through the new assembly service.
The express assembly service is for lot sizes up to 25 pieces and guarantees the completion of the ordered subracks and cases within 5 to 10 working days depending on required modification.
A web based configurator assists users in finding the appropriate model through relevant questions and a final plausibility check.
The position of the guide rails and the required accessories are thus defined - customers simply key in the requirements and forward the information with a single click of the mouse to Schroff's specialists.
Modifications are also possible with the new assembly service.
For example piece parts like side panels or covers with cutouts and holes can be machined.
For this purpose customers download the drawings of the items in DXF or DWG format and change them accordingly.
Furthermore, with the assembly service, front panels, power supply units or other subracks can already be assembled at Schroff.
