Russian distributor to cash in on show success

Exhibiting at the ExpoElectronica exhibition in Moscow proved to be a valuable experience for SCH Technologies.

SCH Technologies is expanding its market into Russia with the appointment of distributor Ostec Enterprise.

Recently exhibiting at the ExpoElectronica Show in Moscow, SCH provided its technical expertise on coating issues and exhibited its spray booth, automated dip coating systems and UV curing SMEMA conveyors.

Following ExpoElectronica there have been many enquiries from a number of Russian companies for the new SMEMA UV oven, which has a fully adjustable pin conveyor and works superbly with conformal coatings such as Humiseal's UV40.

Also, the new flatpack coating system (comprising a spray booth, single inspection booth and a curing cabinet), is being launched next month and this system has generated many enquiries from Russia, particularly from military contractors.

According to Lee Hitchens, Technical Director, at SCH Technologies: "Exhibiting at the ExpoElectronica exhibition in Moscow proved to be a valuable experience as we were met with a captive audience of military companies who were undergoing technical issues".

"We were thus able to use our expertise and assist with addressing their coating problems and generate prospective sales opportunities".

"We have just recently sold both spray and dip coating systems to Russian companies thanks to Ostec, one of our distributors".

SCH Technologies will be exhibiting at the SMT Show, in Nuremberg, Germany, from 3rd to 6th June 2008, and can be found at Stand 8-102 in Hall 2.

Also, SCH will be at the National Electronics Week, at Earls Court, London, from 17th to 19th June 2008 on Stand D71.

Both exhibitions will feature a drop-in coating problem workshop in which SCH will help solve any coating issues.

Also, SCH will be giving a presentation at the NEW show discussing the latest conformal coating application equipment and techniques, looking at all of the facts for selection, installation and use in production for today's coatings.
