Singmin to head up quality function
Andrew Singmin has joined SiGe Semiconductor as Quality Manager, responsible for extending SiGe Semiconductor's quality management system.

Andrew Singmin brings to SiGe Semiconductor more than 30 years of experience in engineering, research and quality management.
Most recently, Singmin served as an independent consultant developing quality systems towards achieving ISO9001:2000 compliance for companies including Seaway Networks, Potentia and Quake.
Previously, he held quality management positions with Guildline Instruments, Accelerix and Conexant (Ottawa).
He was responsible for driving the certification of Conexant's quality management system, and passing the surveillance audit.
Singmin has also held senior research and engineering positions with Thomson and Nielson, Nortel, MTL Microtech, Analog Devices and ERA.
Singmin holds a PhD in solid-state physics from the University of London.
